Red = New Rule Green = New category Blue = Changed Rule
Please note that if you have not logged in for 3 weeks without posting in the away board, you will be deleted. Also, if you joined and do not make a character within 1 week, you will be deleted.
General Rules
Do not Power play (Power playing is when you control another person character, or do not give the other Role-Player a chance to react.)
Do not God model (This is when you make your character invincible, otherwise known as god like)
Use complete sentences and try to use good grammar and spelling. There is a spell check you know.
Cursing is allowed IC and OOC, but do not abuse this or I will take this away.
If you are going away for more than 3 weeks, or are leaving for good, please post in the going away/leaving board.
No sexist talk. No racist talk. And no being rude to members or staff.
Do not talk back to staff, what we say goes.
Please do not carry an IC fight or disagreement into OOC. If you must fight, do it through PM.
I, the admin and owner, have the first, middle and last say! But you may give me your opinion.
You may have no more than one or two pictures in your signature. If the signature stretches the page at all, you will be asked to re size it or remove it. You may have links to pictures in your signature if there are to many and they stretch the page.
Posting
All IC posts should be 150 words. Read the thread in announcements titled "Its Official" for more detail. When posting, include thoughts, feelings, how your character looks, how it tends to act, whats going on in the world around it, etc. This will help you be able to post longer.
When posting OOC while you are still IC, please indicate that you are (putting an ooc before you go into ooc, and IC when going back into character. Something like that, as long as you let us know when you are talking out of character).
Please post in size 1.
if your posts are any less than 180 words, they will be deleted without warning.
Graphics and Pictures
Do not use pictures you got from google or any other search engine like that!
When you make a picture you must credit the picture correctly, so you must say horse: username@deviantart.com or something along those lines.
You may only get pictures that are stock.
Two places you can get pictures from are deviantart.com and flickr.com, but make sure the image is stock.
If you are using a picture from deviantart make sure you check their stock rules! Some people allow their pics to be used in more ways than others.
If you have a picture that is not credited properly in any posts or your signature it will be removed and you will be told to credit it properly or find a new picture.
If you are asked to change your picture then please cooperate.
Using pics that are not stock risks getting you into trouble as well as me and the staff because we allowed you to use those pictures.
Creation and Characters
After you have read the rules and retrieved the password for the creation board, you may create a character.
You now have to be accepted to be able to post. Make sure you do not post before you are accepted. And make sure you check your joining post and make any changes if asked to do so by me or my staff.
You may have as many characters as you can handle, but they all must stay active.
When creating a character, you must follow the form provided (as with all forms), but you may add things to it.
If you wish to include a picture in your characters profile, then put it at the top of the post.
The maximum height of a charrie you are allowed to make is 17hh, in rare occasions 18hh as long as it fits the breed standards. Any others will not be approved until the height is lowered.
Do not make charries with odd colored eyes from now on! No violet or red eyes or anything like that. As for blue eyes, horses can have blue eyes but usually only the paint breed and horses with a bald face marking. A few others may have blue eyes, but make sure you do your research before making a charrie with blue eyes or it will be declined until the problem is fixed. When horses do have blue eyes they are a pale blue, not dark navy blue or anything like that.
Fighting
Both mares and stallion may fight, they can fight each other, or one of the same gender.
A stallion will not always win against a mare.
Fights are judged off of equine stats, age, health, and the role-players ability to role play.
A fight consists of 2 dodges and 4 hits.
Again, no Power playing or god modeling!
Fights must take place in the fighting grounds.
Foals cannot fight until they are one year of age.
I use this format when judging a fight, all category's are worth 5 points. I will post this when I judge a fight and the person who has the most points wins the fight.
Quote:Quote:Neatness - No Powerplaying - No Godmodeling - Quality over Quantity - Posts in correct size - Length of battle post compared to other posts - Age and stats - spelling and Grammar - Total Points -

Claiming
From now on, a mare must be claimed before going to the breeding grounds. And she must wait 3 days before doing so.
When a mare wishes to be claimed, just post her in the claiming grounds.
When a foal wishes to be adopted, just post them in the correct board. When claiming land, you post should at least 300+ words.
Slaves
Only Dark and Neutral stallions may have slaves
You may only have 5 slaves per stallion. Unless it is plot related or your slave(s) have a foal.
Your slave cells will be a sub-board in your land. If your land is a sub-board then it will just be a thread in your land.
Mares that are found being made for the sole purpose of being a slave will be deleted.
Masters may powerplay over slaves, but only slightly, or if the owner of the slave agrees
However. Darks may only inslave their own kind since the lands are under oath to keep the place a peaceful sanctuary for other equines ( read plot. Same goes for Neutrals)
Breeding and Birthing
No graphic breeding whatsoever! you may graphic breed through PMs, but only as long as both people agree to this.
The first place you post with your mare should not be Lilac Cascades. There are other places you can post your mare to get claimed. If the first place you post with your mare is Lilac Cascades and you have not made an attempt to post her anywhere else then the thread risks getting deleted.
Do not post any open threads in Lilac Cascades. Before your mare breeds she must have a stallion. Either have her find a mate, post in the RP Search board, or base a plot around it. But do not just post an open thread in Lilac Cascades. Any open threads in Lilac Cascades will be locked and moved to the archives.
You do not have to wait to have the foal, but you may if you wish.
You do not have to role play the birth, but can if you wish.
The role players that role play the parents must use the correct form in the right board and post the parents stats.
Birthing may not be graphic
Only I can post foal stats, unless I give another person permission to do so.
Not every foal will survive.
Twins are rare, so do not ask me for them! I will give them out at random.
Triplets do happen, but are extremely rare. also, when triplets are born there is a chance that they may die, or that only one or two will survive.
You may request a gender, color, etc, but are not guaranteed that that is what you will get.
Post in the correct board.
You do not have to RP the breeding, as long as both parents have an OOC agreement to have a foal then it is fine.
Stallions
